Kid's Clay Play Workshops

Kid's Clay Play Workshops

With school holidays over, we have a great collection of little sculptures hand made by the kids who participated in our School Holiday Kid's Clay Play Workshops. These holidays we assisted kids to mould characters from the Christopher Robin and Smallfoot movies. We had a great time at the pottery for these sessions, enjoying a barbeque lunch and even getting to pat Phantom, one of the alpacas next door. The figurines are looking pretty good as they go through the firing process. The charming characters should be ready to pick up in the next week or two and these can be painted with acrylic paint. If you'd like to hear about our kid's holiday workshops, make sure contact us to join our mailing list.

These workshops are not only fun but stimulating for kids to learn different hand-building techniques and get some outdoor and creative "earthing" time at our unique pottery studio in the rural Redlands. We look forward to seeing you all around to pick up your characters in the coming weeks.
